Competency - based Interview

Competency - based Interview interview is a structured interview aimed at obtaining a detailed description of real work situations that people face in their professional activities. The advantage of this tool is that the questions asked are easily "tuned" to the list of competences that are to be assessed.

How we do it:

  1. identify ideal candidate's profile;
  2. draw competency models (or optimize the existing model);
  3. conduct interview;
  4. prepare a report on applicant/employee.
