1. Consulting the Client at the stage of defining a vacancy, market analysis and identifying the search strategy

This stage is one of the most important for the success of the project. ARTISAN company Partner, leading the project, meets Client’s representatives and obtains detailed information about the company and the position to be placed. After that Project team is formed, team-members analyze the market, develop search plan and identify ways of attracting suitable candidates. The results of this analysis are presented to the Client.

2. Searching for candidates, Long-listing

Project team members start searching for candidates in accordance with selection plan: compile the list of all companies where suitable candidates can work, identify the names of top management personnel, form Long List of all potential candidates. After that the Client together with ARTISAN Partner selects the most suitable long-listed candidates for further elaboration. Then ARTISAN consultants contact shortlisted candidates, discuss the position with them and invite for profound personal interview. A detailed confidential report is formed on each candidate.

3. Final choice

ARTISAN consultants organize meetings between the Client and chosen candidates and render comprehensive support to the Client: consult on current market situation and average salary levels in Russia, check references on final candidate, assist in final negotiations.
