Organizational design

Organizational design is oriented to creating the optimal management system in the company. Optimization of organizational structure makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the company, but the process of change is far from simple. How we do it:

1. We analyze the existing org. structure and the model of business processes in the company and make sure they correspond with the company’s business strategy.
2. We describe all business processes within the organizational structure.
